I've suddenly been having a problem with the Half-Life Model Viewer for source engine. It occurred after I compiled a model using GUI StudioMdl. It happens to all of the games I have installed. Any help would be appreciated!
Verify the integrity of the tool cache for the Source SDK. That should get it working again.
