Hey!
I Found a way to fix the Counter Strike: Source & TF2 for Source SDK!
FOLLOW THE STEPS
Step 1. "Install Source SDK's"
Step 2. "launch Source SDK, and select " Source Engine MP ", And go to " Edit Game Configurations"
Step 3. " A Little Box should come up with " Current Game Configuration." Go to Edit..."
Step4. " Click Browse in the bottom And browse to the "Common" Area And select the mod / source game that was moved from" Steam\Steamapps\User\ -
Steam\Steamapp\common. Example *CS Source - " c:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike" - New Config's Directory,
Then Click Ok, Then Ok."
Step 5. Test out model Viewer / Hammer (Model viewers not working for me somthing about sound, but doesnt have the error on it anymore) (Hammer's working fine. - Now hammer's not working, NOTHINGS WORKING....)
END
Hopefully this was helpful, and not many people found out. :)
I'll add the pictures later, i think that'll help people out more.
- Close this or use it, don't matter.
That's really only a fix for the Hammer editor. Last I remember, that method won't fix HLMV.

you can always create a 2007 mod, set it to 2009 and compile to that. World even after the steampipe switches without problems
