npc pet dog?

hey just wondering if there are any pet dog npc's for download. Can't find them anywhere.

mostly need an npc version so I can have some animations to work with (running, walking, etc).

The one from this video looks pretty good:

unless this guy just animated the dog running and everything.

any idea where to find this model?
