So I'm trying to do some animation in blender with a model. I gave it a skeleton, weight-mapped all the vertices to said skeleton, and made some animations for it.
Unfortunately, on export I get a warning that states:
WARNING: Armature modifier "Armature.001" found on "pisons01_reference.001" , which already has an envelope. Ignoring.
I have compiled the model, ignoring the warning to find that my precious bones are gone, rendering my animation moot. Judging from the warning, I assume my model is somehow weight-mapped to it's origin, which is overwriting it's mapping to the bones I have created.
Any clue how to fix this mess?
