As you can clearly see, their heads are total shit:

Their hands aren't Breen hand quality, either:

Can't anyone please do a simple head and hand hack with citizen heads and Breen/citizen hands for me? Please?!

I'll even upload them to Gmod.org so you wouldn't need to download the mod!
