S.t.a.l.k.e.r. and GTA SA port

Included for now: 2 models from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (the heli has an alternate skin) by GSC game world, and a port of a custom GAZ-2705 taxi from GTA:SA (credits go to Vodila).
This is an addon so install accordingly.

Anyway, looks good. But it's not too much for a release.

Pretty sure the truck was ported before.

The van and helicopter are still pretty awesome though. Mostly the chopper.
