Why can't I get this skin to work in gmod, I mean its an addon FOR gmod

I NEED this model for my machinima, but I can't get the stupid thing to work. Could someone download it and figure out why it isnt working? I tried adding spawnlists and everything and I cannot get this damn thing to work.

Does anyone know how to fix this and would be willing to help me?
