I need help with animations and possibly bone structures

Well after expirementing around with NexusElite's Mr.Foster ragdoll, I got him playermodel ready, but lacks the needed animations and most likely the Valve Biped. When I select him he just slides around in T-pose. I have absolutely no idea of how to get either on his model, and was hoping maybe someone could do it for me, or show me a fairly easy tutorial to do it myself. Thanks in advance
