Can't find source materials in steamapps.

I'm following [URL="http://www.moddb.com/games/garrys-mod-10/tutorials/garrys-mod-10-personal-skin-making"]this[/URL] tutorial on how to create a personal skin for garry's mod.

However, I can't find 'source materials.gcf' in my steamapps folder. [URL="http://prntscr.com/1iu5ma"]Here[/URL] is a screenshot of my steamapps folder.

It's gotta be because you haven't figured out about SteamPipe. HL2's files have been moved to steamapps/common/Half-Life 2/hl2/hl2_%pakstuff%_dir.vpk

Ever looked into post-L4D game files like CS:GO?
