Combine Faceplate As Prop?

Hi, could someone make the combine faceplate Barney wears a prop?

There already is a prop in the files.

Look in Gmod/Nova

Its there, as well as the back

I know it's in Garry's Mod, however it spawns as an effect, so it has that ugly green circle, I can't weld it, etc.
