Since 3D Ripper supports 3Ds Max up to 2011 and Autodesk only sells/gives out student licenses to newer versions of max up to ver 2017 would anybody be up to the task to update the script to import .3dr Ripper files for importation to max 2015? The old versions of the scripts come installed with the program but as we all know it's outdated.
Another possibility would be to have a script to fix the distortion in 3ds max for imported ,obj meshes and use the .mtrl files to work with the .OBJ frames that 3Ds Ripper creates. And perhaps even connect different frames together so you can capture a whole map.
Also the .3dr format allows you to import the frame with materials already applied the obj. file created by 3D Ripper does not do this so it would be a good thing for forums like these if the .3dr import would work again (for newer versions of 3ds Max).
