That's a pretty common issue actually. Open your .smd with notepad and search for "eyeball_r", then copy and paste a single line here.
Thanks, but i realized that i made other mistake by checking old project files, i exported the smd to ragdoll instead of reference :D Sorry guys my bad :)

Im having this issue myself... but the different is , I have the eyeballs as seperate .smd's
would you know anyway of using seperate eyeball smd's in my qc file?
