Could anyone link me to a good particle creator? I'm trying to make a blood particle, and I can't find a good particle maker. Like, the one that people use to make .pcf files.
Open the TF2 launch options and put "-tools" in the text box.
Launch the game and run the particle editor.
I can get the .pcf to work in Garry's Mod, but it shows up as not the particles I wanted in it. Also, the blood particles are TF2 looking.
So don't use TF2, use episode 2.
