Hey! I am having issues with a gun on a tank, every time I rig the gun the mantel piece should bend when the gun moves - however the gun does not and it separates from it. I.e: While normally it is suppose to look like this, (Sorry for the large pictures) I have tried many different ways and have not found one way to make it work as it should, like the bottom picture. But if someone could tell me why it is doing this I would gladly appreciated!
That looks like you misplaced the location of the gun bone. In order for the mantlet to warp and bend, you need to rig it with soft weights.

Like where should it be around more in the turret? Also soft weights like "1" is the most extreme for the weight so just place it at like ".5"? Any guidance would be great on this.
