Requesting port/estimate on Bomb King (Paladins) For SFM

Hey everyone.

I want to rip/port over the character [B][U]Bomb King[/U][/B] from the the hirez game Paladins for SFM and (maybe slightly) Gmod. I want the character to have psychics on his cape, and have the base blue skin. If it's possible, I would to get all his ability bombs ported over as well

Is anyone working on this? Or if not, how much time/work/[sp]dosh[/sp] would this take to port those models over from Paladins to SFM?

Here's the character in question. The jaw is pretty much shut, but it should just work like a mouth flap
