Hi there. Here's my problem: When I'm trying to decompile the [URL="http://source.maxofs2d.net/index.php?dir=models%2Ftf_administrator%2F"]announcer TF2 model[/URL] for a headhack, I'm getting the following errors in 3ds Max 2012:

Am I doing something wrong?
1. I've decompiled the model by using "Fixed MDL Decompiler by Hooch".
2. Got the [URL="http://i.imgur.com/OTkG5Y2.png"]correct files[/URL] (I think).
3. When I'm trying to import the "announcer5.smd" file I'm getting the errors which I've mentioned above.
I was using [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=534654"]Taggart's[/URL] headhacking tutorial, so I think everything should be ok.
