Hi,im the Director for WolfNetworks Halo Server, and i am Currently looking for someone to do a Custom Arbiter Model from Scratch or a Base such as the Halo 3 Arbiter. I am willing to pay a Min of $50 and a Max of $150.
Now, as there are some out there who may try to scam others, Payment will not be given untill the Completion of the Model, and once its shown to me Via a Broadcast. And after ive seen it working, and it fully completed, i will Transfer the payment Via Paypal.
