I've been wanting to start making my own custom models from scratch, and the idea was to start with pirates, but I got sidetracked with this game.
Oh well, at least now I have plenty of inspiration!

This is really nice, finally something original, but you should ask someone for some screenshots, I think those models would really benefit from controlled lighting.

Absolutely wonderful. Haven't been expecting something more historical than ww1 or ww2 (even tho I have seen the russian guy working on roman empire soldiers).

Been yearning for Roman soldiers for a while now. There's a pretty mediocre port from Mount and Blade that is going around (I think it's from Mount and Blade) and it's obviously nothing compared to anything from Ryse.
Also, Joe these actually work quite flawlessly ingame. A fantastic port! I hope you get more ships/characters as well!
The Man O' War/Galleon is all done, I'm just having a hard time getting decent media.
I swear, getting good screenshots is the most difficult part of porting. I can't pose for shit, and other people are very rarely available or willing.

I'm going to do the Pirates first, then get AC Rouge and port the British from there.
These are all great so far, but I wish some of those sails had a plain white option.
Well the crimson sails is the privateer trademark, but I'll see about adding skingroups to the spanish sails.

damage bodygroup maybe? =o)
Making it a bodygroup is impossible because of the insane polycount, so I just made it a separate model instead.
All ships except for the Gunboat have a demasted version.

for some reason thought no one cared for the models from these games so i dumped all the Red Coats (From ACIII) and Blue coats (From AC Unity) ima have to reinstall them shiz. although AC Unity's Bump mapping is terrible. And (From what i found) Their textures are just straight up Color. no texture. (Like Dirt effects, Sorta like TF2)

I've moved to a new collection system. Making 40 submissions for each Pirate, Privateer, Spanish, British, French, and Portuguese ship would just be way too much. So now it's just one for each nation.
I also made some nifty little spawnicons so you can see what you're about to spawn instead of just a blank square.
