I am try extracting some models from Metal Gear Solid 4.
When i am going to extract the texture of the model.I found that i have to find a tool that convert .SEG to .DDS textures.
I had looked for it on google for several hours but i cant find anything. ALL links i have found are dead.
So if anybody still have a working SEG to DDS convertor,or a convertor that converts SEG to a common texture format , please reupload it here

I could not find one. I had to use texture finder, use that.
