don't worry, i'm on it. but they take a little while. because of the preparation for the bodygroups for severed limbs, fix some weighting errors, etc.

good question. when i spawned it ingame the size seemed okay. but i added 7 different sizes aswell, so spawn whatever size you want and compare to the game.
I can't seem to get Umodel working with the steam version. Keep getting that "Error: unable to serialize 4 bytes" thing.

-export -all -lzo
I did have -export -all already written in my batchfile. Wasn't too sure what -Lzo did. I just added that now, and tried to run it using this file "DEFCHA_CMBella_SF.upk" which I assume is the Bella character model. According to the GUI I tried, it contains a static mesh + 2d textures, but unfortunately, it gave me the same error again. What was the name of the file the crusher was in? I might try that next just to make sure it isn't just me.
DERA50_Base.upk ... is one of the files where it's hiding in.
Nope, just tried that file, keep getting the same message. "Error: unable to serialize 4 bytes" Here is my batch file: "\umodel\umodel.exe -export -all -lzo DERA50_Base.upk
pause" does this look ok?
i just made a shortcut of the umodel.exe and add -export -all -lzo
and setup a destination path in there so i can drag'n drop the file
onto that shortcut and it'll extract just fine into the specified folder.
This is a batch? Would you post the contents of your batchfile? I would like to try your method. Sorry for the constant questions, I usually have no problem accessing models from games, this one however, seems to be eluding me.
