I'm requesting the Heavy without the belt that he wears around his shoulder. It's pretty simple, just reskin him and make the belt in the skin transparent. Why can't I do this? Too stupid to find the files for the Heavy's skin.

There is no bodygroup for the belt
team fortress 2 materials.gcf\tf\materials\models\player\hvyweapon\
You'll need to do it for both red and blu of course.

I can't do it because I don't know how to make a selected area transparent or how to make the texture replace the skin
