Animating and Jiggle-boning the same piece of mesh?

Hi guys, I'm working on something and after ages of working on jigglebones, I decided it suits one purpose I wanted it for (reacting while moving the object, it's a viewmodel) but not the other(reacting to the models animations.) so I opened up max and manually animated the movement on the animations it wasn't working for, and compiled. however this is where I learned that a jigglebone cannot be animated. is there any way I can make the jiggleboned mesh also be animated? I know I would have to use two bones but the mesh needs to be rigged to both of them.
