Extracting models from Neverwinter 2013?

I haven't found any solid information on the game engine so far, so I don't know what kind of tools I should use.
There's some fancy stuff in that game, and I want the models. Anyone know anything about the game?

I heard those are usually used as some kind of 'last resort', but I guess I could try them out
