The comic is an ironic take on the state of webcomics, created as a satire mini-comic within the Homestuck webcomic. It has a large following due to the association. However, this map took about a month and a half, in total, to make. It is professionally made, to look exceedingly unprofessional and fun. This map features: beautiful environments stairs custom models custom sound custom materials Hiding-boxes humour fire explosive barrels extreme platforming irony other things I've missed but are probably equally as important. First of all you have posted this in the wrong area - [url]http://facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=38[/url] Secondly I doubt people are going to fancy the theme you have chosen especially when Garry's mod is already 95% Autistic without this map. (But maybe that's just me) Good work never the less as you seem to have achieved the comic theme?

Darn! I was really hoping I got it right. Mapping to me seemed more of a thread for the process, rather than the outcome! How do I move it? You'd be surprised, actually. nearly 3000 people have downloaded it, and it's being used on several servers already. it's been a shock, really. It was meant to be completely silly, and I was expecting major flames. It seems to have become the entire inverse, and has held some of the top spots when searching the workshop for maps, TTT and the like. I make no secret that this map is laughable, but it actually does work well for the gamemodes. I've got reports that after the initial unease, people really enjoyed the map.

You're going to have to get a mod to move it for you thought hopefully you dun get banned.

I did try to see if there were any rules, but it seemed there was only a no-help rule. I'm going to seek out the forum admin though, to try and get the thread moved. I didn't intend for it to be in the wrong section!

Ah, good! the thread was moved. That said, I find the lack of responses in the last 24 hours astonishing. I recall people tore apart my last "serious" project post in an hour! now I present a map that looks so terrible, it is practically tauntingly so, and nothing. This map is practically basting itself in gravy. No-one is digging in, or yelling encouragement. :v: Has facepunch changed since the last time? Is it not the dragon's den of judgement that it once was? I was genuinely prepared for the negative hate, mixed with patches of serious criticism, and a tiny amount of praise. I actually feel let down. I don't quite know why.

This map is quite fun. Do give it a try!

EDIT: ok, wow. not a negative comment. hell, barely comments at all. I'm actually sorta disappointed. while the map is solely for fun, the lack of responses of unbridled confusion, anger and annoyance is beyond me. The map has so far not had a single bit of concrete negative feedback, and somehow that seems very, very depressing. Not that I want controversy, but I didn't expect calm waters over here, of all places! It's like this map is immune to all negativity.
