Is it possible to have a place, were there is a water, that it gives the properties of not being under water.
So for example. If you were in a room underwater. And it had glass around the water. So you couldn't drown. Like a aquarium, where you look at the exotic fisheys :D. But yea like a place like that.

It's a flood map. So that means that if i cut into it and make a hole then people can just go in the hole and not be killed by the water. If you have ever heard of flood mod then you would know what i mean.

No, source cannot handle dynamic water calculations like that. The only way i can think of is by using a trigger_hurt set to hurt a minus amount, to heal you from the drowning effect.
