Heres the one I made today, not the best but I was trying to get the broken chamber feel:

I know it isn't complicated. (Also, you'll see some usage of world portals in there for the lulz.)

Nothing extraordinary, just a basic room. The floor where the cube is on is a panel that comes out and throws it at the turret standing in front of it.
