[Portal2] Video on the wall? - Developers

Hi, Searched but havent found something explicit. Loaded some normal Portal2 maps..but got a bit confused. How do i play a Video on a wall? And which fileformat etc is needed? Greetings Memnarch

I think its called vgui_movie_screen or something similar, .bik files are the only things that work (I think)

As for the file format you'll need, how it basically works is that a video file is projected onto the surface, and the video has to be in Bink Video (.bik) format. If I remember correctly that's the same as the format for the Valve startup videos. Not sure how you would convert or create a video in that format though. @Best4Bond: I know this(which is quite normal for a forum). Lets say i'll do my best do avoid it on this forum. Another very practically usecase for my postsigning: believe it or not, there are forums without a "Search by Username" or "Show my resent posts", at those places its not just astetically, but usefull too. Anyway: I'll keep it away here.
