I had an idea of making a map, compilling it in CS:GO, exporting the Lightmaps (with Ambient Occlusion) and putting them into a Garry's Mod map with no lightmaps.
However, I haven't found any tool capable of reading and exporting the lightmaps. Does anyone know one (or is capable of making it)?
If I remember correctly, lightmaps are stored inside the BSP and can simply exported to VTF files with software such as pakrat or packbsp.

I've tried that, but it doesn't even load Garry's Mod engine maps. :(

Aren't these files Cubemaps and Static model lighting?
