• Same VMF, same compile options, different results?

A friend and I are trying to compile a map. When he compiles, lighting turns out great. If I or another one of my friends try, then we get this terrible half-fullbright/half-shadow thing. The only thing that I notice as a difference between our BSPs is that his is ~8mb larger than my compile, even with the same settings. I checked to see if maybe VRAD was crashing during compile, and that doesn't seem to be the case. I thought the VMF could be corrupted, but I figured that should cause problems with loading in Hammer, and it doesn't do that. We are both at a loss here, and I am banking it is probably something ridiculously simple. Here are some pictures to show what the different compiles look like. I'm not sure why it would be mistaking them as not there.
Are you using the custom content folder for textures? because the compile tools don't support it.
I'm using the Source Multi-tool. It says in the logs that it is reading from the proper directory when looking for materials, and the materials that are missing are in that folder. I updated the OP with the new compile log from the Source Multi-tool. (Same situation)
