I could be wrong, it's just that the person who uploaded it is FalconBK, so I searched for that on steam, and this guy has a link to FalconBK's youtube channel. Most people link to their own youtube channel. I could be way off, but that's the closest I could find.
Well i looked for his name and came up with that account and another one who hasnt really been setup properly. so im guessing it is. ill take my chances haha thanks man!

IF anyone could please send me the vmf file for rp_Central17_v4 one of the owners just decided to block me on steam without question after i added them.
The file was released before but the link is now dead.
That probably means they don't want you to use their stuff.
No it was released but the domain is now up for sale.
