Welcome to the Facepunch Cinematic Mapping Contest! This contest specifically focuses on camera work and special effects. Some examples of what we're looking at:

Your map can have anything you want. It can have explosions, tell a story, just as it's on camera!

£50 ($75 USD) For First Place
£15 ($25 USD) For Second Place

[u]This contest is camera based / in game only. The rules include:[/u]

[list] Absolutely no player movement (Excluding NPCS) [/list]
[list] Must be through a camera view (Does [u]not have[/u] to be moving on a rail system, though it's recommended)[/list]
[list] Must have at least one moving object in the scene, I.e. props, npcs, etc.[/list]
[list] [b]NO VIDEO SOFTWARE EDITING[/b] (You can add ambient_generics to play music[/list]
[list] Map can tell a story, though it's not required.[/list]
[list] All source games may be used[/list]
[list] Any content made before this contest is prohibited (Excluding Models, Textures, and Sounds)[/list]
[list] Teams are allowed[/list]
[list] Custom Content is allowed[/list]
[list] A max of one submission per team / user[/list]

You could use a trigger_mapchange, but the judges will be judging the BSP, not the video.

So that people don't have to download a BSP to get an idea of what your map is like. The judges will be looking for foul play, in regards to using player movement, editing software, etc.
