displacments cannot be tied to entities.
This happens a lot to me, go ahead and rename your map to de_farticus001 every time it does this put the number up by one it's some weird bug that happens that prevents it from compiling with the same name so go ahead and try it

No, its because of the displacement was tied to a func_wall.

That is most definitely not the same error.
And no sorry I don't know how to fix it, but I'm sure someone will.
You have too many brush entities. Simple solution, delete some brush entities.
