I have tried to make my own map for Garry's Mod but there are some problems:

I have tried to use other vrads, vviss or vbsps from other source games, but they doesn't really work.

First, don't put a skybox around the entire map. It wastes tons of compiler resources, looks awful and causes players to have drastically lower frame rates than they otherwise would if the skybox was flush against the top of the level.
Second, you can't mix and match compile tools. Compile tools were made for a specific engine version and a vrad from one engine version usually can't parse a bsp compiled by a vbsp and vvis from another engine version.
The reason the map is fullbright is because you aren't running vrad (it's not in the compile log.) It's either because you're using the wrong version of vrad, or because vrad is crashing when being run on the map in question.

I have used different compile tools because the vrad of css is crashing when i compile the map
Hammer is causing the compile tools to crash (specifically vrad.exe) You'll need to run the compile tools from the command line to get around the problem.
Okey i tried that, but when I run vrad.exe it dosen't work. APPCRASH at BuildFacelights =(
