Seriously, I cannot get my head around this fucking tool. Whatever I try, hammer does something completely different to what I specify, I think. Can someone [I]please[/I] just explain to me how to use this fucker of a primitive? Thanks in advance.

I don't know then, I've never played around with the torus tool.
What would you need torus for besides crashing hammer when you try to carve it? :v:
Curved pipes? Displacements are good but when you need to walk in them it's problematic.
I need it for the corner of a round room I'm making. I intend on propping it.
It's not too difficult, just takes a lot of trial and error. I eventually got a curved tunnel roof to work, took awhile. I suggest func_detail'ing it and having a block tunnel around it.
