It's called VMEX. Note that you should only use it to see how stuff is done, decompiled maps usually have offgrid brushes, broken entities, etc.

Don't decompile other peoples maps and then edit and re-upload them it's highly frowned upon.
practically you steal other peoples work.
unless you just look at it or dont release it.
I'm looking into an HL2 map so I can see how certain things are done, I'm not low to the point of stealing maps. >.>
