Ok, simple question. Where are the L4D2 saferoom door textures stored? L4D2 doesn't have a main .gcf like the regular source games, so...Yea...
Gotta wait for the L4D2 Authoring Tools, methinks.
Aren't saferoom doors models? Or is it different in l4d2?
I have a quasi-follow up to this question: where are the .bsp files in the vpks? I can't find them anywhere.

yes, but he's asking for the textures, same

But if they're models the textures will be no use without them. It'll be laid out like a UV map, not like a brush texture.

They aren't in the VPK, they are in steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\maps
Weird ass way to arrange all the files. But thank you.

Actually, if you actually look at the file sizes, and have ever worked with .paks or one it's variations before, you'd not have any problems, except for finding a program that can open it. (Already had update gcfscape)
Other than valve storing only textures and models in the .vpk
