• Need some feedback on a CSGO map

I hope nobody minds if I make a thread for this silly WIP map I'm making. I'm pretty new to mapping, I've messed around in hammer a bit before but always dropped my projects early on because I got bored or just saw it wouldn't work out too well. Like here, when trying to recreate pd2's safehouse I realized the layout was awful and stopped working on it. I didn't plan the layout beforehand and I am not much of a csgo player but looking at it you can obviously see some problems. [t]http://puu.sh/aemK9.jpg[/t] Namely, the map is pretty small so I'm not sure how to make a bigger layout that would work. Current layout is: [t]http://puu.sh/aeoTu.jpg[/t] It's a defusal map that I haven't picked a name or theme for yet because I want to get a decent layout first. What kind of bothers me is the big flat plane that CT spawn and bomb site A is on but I'm not sure how to change either. Any ideas?

This all seems a bit too small, but I have an idea for you. Make it a whole lot bigger and get a solid layout going (I know from first-hand experience how challenging this is, especially for a Counter-Strike map) but I have an idea for you too; if this map already plays well, adjust it a bit and use it as a middle for the new map layout!
It is a bit too small considering cts can just sit in the mid and easily reach both A and B once the bomb gets planted. I moved A to a train in a warehouse I replaced the corridor building with [t]http://puu.sh/afoLc.jpg[/t] I'm thinking maybe creating another warehouse behind the current one and moving the bomb site there to space the sites out a bit. Either way I'll keep working on the layout and see what comes out of it.
I made some changes and think I got a decent size now. [t]http://puu.sh/aiBOP.jpg[/t] The warehouse is part of mid now and the bomb site was moved outside into a place that's going to probably be a warehouse too later. I've also uploaded the map to the workshop because it should be at least somewhat playable. Have a look and tell me what you think, if you want. I love small maps and most of community will agree - just look at how many operations Seaside was in.
