Opinions on this Apartment i made

I would like some feedback on this Apartment i made for a Darkrp map
Now keep in mind this is stage one of my building so there is nothing in it at the moment, i just wan't some feedback because i was never in these kinds of apartments and im working off of this photo

Inside (now remember the place is barren because i have been working on what it looks like on the outside)

And the floors are pretty much copy and past but i am soon to change that as i don't like the way all the rooms are the same (I just have them there as place holders)

Anyway feedback is much appreciated and if any one has been in these types of buildings care to tell me what they look like inside.

Also would this building cause that much lag because of the amount of detail.

Edit: I'm going to updated this everytime i do a major thing with this, just for you guys to see the progress

I was thinking that but i tried to squeeze them in but then the windows ended up being to small and if i try
to make any changes to the wall then shit breaks but i will give it a try and post a picture showing you's.

Ok so i made the window changes and surprisingly they worked and looked much better

How do i spruce this place up. I want to make it look new but with an old look

I tried making one of the rooms look like it was being build but full of graffiti

I like the variation potential, make copies/variations. Ud get a lot of dls if u made a row of them with different textures for SFM.
