CS:GO SDK how to set it up?

I must have done something wrong.
I've done a clean re-install of my steam and all it's apps (fastest way to flush out all the old Dev textures and maps i had)

installed:
Steam
CS:GO
CS:GO SDK
Steamworks SDK Redist

but when i start up hammer i get this:

(and if someone can show me how to copy and paste text out of the Messages window then i'd appreciate it)
