Good place to get a height map of?

I've decided to completely re-do the terrain in my map, and to do so, I need a height map.

Problem is, I have no idea where to get one of.

I want something with varying levels, like the terrain in Just Cause 2.

Any ideas?

I got a height map of I think Panau, but it doesn't look much like the setting of Just Cause 2.
