So i have this problem my maps always have this pink overlay on every thing

You need cubemaps dude.
Ok where do i put them?
In areas where there are reflective materials such as water etc, place them 64 units off of the ground and then load your map ingame, open the console and type in "Buildcubemaps" without quotes of course.
Also in areas where lighting differs.
