• cropping animated vtf?

Hey guys, today I had the idea to make a giygas boss-fight like map. Naturally, I started by getting custom textures for the map. I downloaded a gif of one of giygas' animations and broke it into individual frames then loaded it into vtfedit, no big deal. However, I didn't take into account that gif has a thick black border, which would make the ingame texture look screwy. Anyone know how I can remove the border from the animation without doing it manually for each frame? (there's 176 of the damn things) [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/19UqAr2.png[/thumb] Edit: sorry if this post doesn't belong under mapping, I really wasn't sure where to post :\
