Hello! I just released a new map on the Garry'smod workshop specifically for racing cars such as TDM, LW, SGM, and so on. It has a 3D skybox, working starting lights, a drag strip, garages, a pit road, and bleachers for the audience. It took me a couple of weeks for everything, but it looks pretty good to me. I felt like getting some feedback on what needs to be changed, altered, or redone for my future maps to improve. I would love to hear from the community, and in advanced thanks for the help and your time!

This looks pretty okay actually

Thanks, I'm just making sure I'm making my maps in a way people enjoy them!
I like it. The only things I could really complain about would be nitpicky things.
My only suggestion would be to turn the car platforms into something more like this.
Looks nice, put in a smidge of distance fog and try to vary up the buildings textures a bit.
But other than that, I like it.
How much of it is underground? It seems that quite a part is from the overview shot? Looks pretty darn cool.
Edit: Or are those random slaps of concrete/drag strips that end in grass and whatnot?
Looks nice!
You should see if you could get someone over in the modeling section to make you some models, would really help take it from a nice to an amazing.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll be sure to make the platform elevate in height too!

I could, since I use a lot of the same tree models. Thanks for the suggestion!

I sort of wanted to avoid fog mostly because of not seeing all cars on the racetrack, but Maybe I can make it for the skybox possibly. Textures for buildings could use some work. Thanks for the suggestions!

There is no underground parts of the level. Like you said it's grass meeting concrete. Thanks for the compliment though!
