• Projecting shading onto bottom of brush?

This is kind of hard to explain, but I'll try my best. What I'm looking for is a way to project the shading of a side of a brush to the direct opposite side. Like this: Would this be possible? I understand that this sounds extremely advanced, but I kind of assumed that this would work when using a transparent brush. What would this be used for?

I think the only way would be to exactly replicate the light sources. You could try lightmap alt-right clicking but i highly doubt that would work. Im sure it could be coded somehow though
Self-iluminating texture. You could tweak it.
