Okay, so I played Lost Coast with commentary to learn a thing or two about mapping and HDR (And You). (Sounds like a nice book title, huh?) First one says that I don't have HDR enabled or my graphics card does not support it. What? In video options I even made sure to set it to Full(If Available) option. What can I do?

That isn't not even a card lol, its a graphics accelerator. Try buying a (better?) graphics card. [url]www.newegg.com[/url] has some pretty good prices.
Also, is this in the wrong section?

The maps that I run, and the maps that other people make. And I know this is kind of wrong section, but I thought since it's in maps that I try to use it would go here. Sorry if wrong place! And also I am saving up money for a new graphics card. (Are they the same thing as video cards?) They are just hella expensive for me because I do not come from a wealthy family. My grandparents only give it to my (hot) aunt.
Its the same thing as a video card.
