Well, I've made them as the func_breakable or what ever, out of wood, but it's transparent, and the whole building's windows are transparent. (The normal windows aren't reflective on it.) But there is no compile error, does anyone know?

Oh, could that be the reason? I have cubemaps around tehre I thing though. Should I connect it to brushes?
Do you have a leak anywhere?
Leaks usually caused fuck up shit to happen. To find a leak you must load the pointfile by going into hammer, clicking the "map" tab on top of hammer, and then clicking "load pointfile". If it doesn't automatically load the pointfile, you have no leaks. If it does, you do. Simple look for a red line and then follow that red line.

You could have a faulty texture.
What texture are you using? Is it custom?
