Ever wanted to play an 18 year old map with really low-res textures? Now you can! I have included all needed files, including a nav mesh, ain file, and thumbnail. All the spawn points have been fixed, and any missing brushes have been replaced. Pirated Deathmatch :downs:
Was going to say, I remember this map from the playstation 2 version of HL but not in the final retail PC version. Looks like it'd be great fun

I'm not sure what causes this issue, but it is also present in the gmod version. Sooner or later I'll figure out how to fix it. [editline]26th December 2014[/editline] In the meantime, have a look at these: [img_thumb]http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/543013866704070422/BB2F7027BBAE7E31FE6A3233040D4B531B4675A7/[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/543013866704103772/BE82B720C8B58F8BF1880952CD8C19EFD1DBD79D/[/img_thumb]
[QUOTE=Jackathan;46798113]-snip-[/QUOTE] How do you managed to decompile alpha maps without screwing up the brushwork?
I changed the bsp version with a hex editor, then used winBSPc (which is great at getting brushwork) and decompiling (converting) it into .map. Then I open it with Worldcraft and save it as an RMF, THEN open it in Hammer Editor, save it as a vmf, and then port all the textures and fix any broken brushwork. Of course, it doesn't always work and sometimes you get things like this: [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/mx3wFhi.png[/img_thumb] This usually only happens with the bigger maps, like c1a1.

Update 12/27/14 - Fixed some texture bugs - Fixed the lighting bug [URL="http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/32981208895706190/B1CBF6F553553C4B8C2F16024D61373EE735FAAF/"]at the mouth of a hallway[/URL] - Added some much-needed optimization and func_detailing - Added a night time skybox texture (From HL1) [editline]27th December 2014[/editline] [del] Er, new bug: [img_thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/543013866756190343/9F427C54D97BF282E6F37001C31C19CA8F272B4A/[/img_thumb] This only happens when you can see a skybox brush, and when the flashlight is on. I've seen this happen on other maps, but I don't know how to fix it - Anybody care to help?
