Are these.. fullbright?
None of them are fullbright. Full bright is a very noobish way to make a map. I am good with lighting.
I am good with lighting.
I'm sorry, I think you're jumping the gun much too far.
-I am experienced with all of hammer editor. -I am willing to work up to 200 to 300 dollars for around 40 hours of work on map. -I will work for a set beginning price. The hours I work will not effect the price of the map. -The price you give me may effect the amount of time I spend on perfecting and refining the map. -I will use/make custom textures if required or wanted.
i'm sorry, but you are not good, especially not good enough to be paid $200-300. how long have you been using hammer?
When I say that I mean that I am experienced with lighting. Why do you think I am jumping the gun?

There really isn't anything that great, everything looks very bland and not interesting, nor makes any sense. It looks like you've been using hammer for a little bit, but it doesn't look like you spend a lot of time working on a map to improve it. The lighting doesn't make sense as its just pure white, I don't know any light that is pure white, especially from the sun. You need to spend more time practicing before "selling yourself."
i'm sorry, but you are not good, especially not good enough to be paid $200-300. how long have you been using hammer?
Like I said, these are unfinished and some were just for testing. If you were to pay me and give me a few weeks to make you a map I am sure you would be very pleased with it. I have been using hammer for a few years.
because you aren't good at lighting at all. your lighting looks less than mediocre and is largely unimpressive. this will probably benefit you http://www.interlopers.net/tutorials/
I'll take you up on this offer. You make me Grand Theft IV's entire city, and i'll pay you your money. Every tiny detail has to be exact, meaning every building is replicated perfectly, no exceptions. I mean, if you are what you SAY you are, this should be quite easy for you.
You're either not very good at mapping or not very good at presenting your stuff. Either way nobody's going to pay for anything in that state
Wait, wait wait. Hold the phone. You are offering screenshots of testing maps, when you are requesting $200-$300 dollars per 40 hours of work? Testing maps that aren't even finished? How does that even remotely show you are trustworthy enough with a project potentially worth that much?
I will post the newest thing I have that is 30% done. It is technojail at a later date, I don't know how I forgot to post it.
oh man, a technojail. that sounds REALLY non-generic.
oh man, a technojail. that sounds REALLY non-generic.
the only unce and soap dropping experience
d-d-drop the [del]bass[/del] soap
If you do not want me to map for you, that is fine. But maybe someone else would.
For your outrageous pricing, and, excuse me for this, lack of skill? I'm sorry, but good luck with that.
If you do not want me to map for you, that is fine. But maybe someone else would.
I have at least twenty other contacts that could produce content faster, cheaper, and far better than the work you've displayed from your 'portfolio'. [sub]Barely mentioning I could just do it myself[/sub]
I'd pay you five dollars to replicated something simple from Megaman legends, but otherwise I'm pretty broke :\; it's custom textures so it would provide some practice regardless vOv
Okay I will down the pricing.
I can assure you nobody with 50 bucks to spend on a mapper will hire you
i dont think you get it so i'll use a non-mapping example. say you need a graphics designer and your options are between two people, and that image consists of their portfolio work. which would person would you rather hire - the person who the made the logo on the left or the person who the made the logo on the right? in fact, why would anyone hire the person who made the logo on the left?

Comic sans is excellent.
