Well you have a leak:
**** leaked **** Entity info_player_terrorist (-3.44 -704.00 192.00) leaked!

Well you have a leak:
what do?
what do?
Try alt + p
No, go Map->Load Pointfile, follow the red line and seal the space where it gets into the black void.
Try alt + p
Not this. Error checker doesn't pick up leaks afaik. This will help: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Leak
Not this. Error checker doesn't pick up leaks afaik. This will help: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Leak
Well really I was going to say View > Go to coordinates > -3.44 -704.00 192.00 and check around there. Isn't Alt + P the hotkey for loading the pointfile?

Compile the map on a different engine or game. Simple.
Brush 18171: bounds out of range ctrl + shift + g (i think) then type the brush number and delete it you should also fix the leak but the brush out of bounds is the one crashing your compile. from interlopers hashvec: point outside valid range Description: Your map is too big (you have brush(es) too near to the edge of the grid) or you have invalid brushes. Solution: If the problem-checker in Hammer (alt+p) doesn't find any offending brush(es), and you can't see brushes near the edge of the grid, you should use the cordon tools or visgroups to find them. See also: Reference: Finding the unfindable Reference: Invalid solids This error will cause your map to fail compiling completely
