what do?
Well you have a leak:
**** leaked ****
what do?
Try alt + p
No, go Map->Load Pointfile, follow the red line and seal the space where it gets into the black void.
Try alt + p
Not this. Error checker doesn't pick up leaks afaik.
This will help:

Well really I was going to say View > Go to coordinates > -3.44 -704.00 192.00 and check around there. Isn't Alt + P the hotkey for loading the pointfile?

Try it.
Compile the map on a different engine or game.
Simple.
Brush 18171: bounds out of range
ctrl + shift + g (i think)
then type the brush number and delete it
you should also fix the leak but the brush out of bounds is the one crashing your compile.
from interlopers
hashvec: point outside valid range
Description:
Your map is too big (you have brush(es) too near to the edge of the grid) or you have invalid brushes.
Solution:
If the problem-checker in Hammer (alt+p) doesn't find any offending brush(es), and you can't see brushes near the edge of the grid, you should use the cordon tools or visgroups to find them.

This error will cause your map to fail compiling completely

thanks for your help, after deleting the brush it compiled successfully; i am in the process of getting rid of the leak now.
