Odd CS:S Hammer Problem

I was mapping on the Portal configuration, then I went back to my old Counter-Strike: Source configuration and this happened:

How would I fix this?

Also, the texture isn't a problem because that texture is always pink and black.

Reset game configurations, Counter-Strike source doesn't run on source 2006 anymore, and you should launch hammer from the 2009 config.
